B Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent NQF level 7. Valid drivers’ licence. Have a reliable and roadworthy vehicle (proof to be provided). Meet MFMA minimum competency requirements or qualify for dispensation. Project Management and Financial Management skills and experience.
