Offshore Operations Readiness Lead

NES Fircroft is seeking an Operations Readiness Lead to support offshore Oil & Gas engineering projects. The role focuses on leading OR activities through project phases, developing readiness strategies, and guiding commissioning and start-up to safe operations. The ideal candidate has 10 years in OR/commissioning, experience on international projects, and strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
