Study the drawings, project specifications, standards etc. Ø Prepare list of materials, tools & tackles, machinery etc. Closely monitor manpower utilization, material consumption, safety norms, quality standards etc. Cage fabrication, Pile Casting, BBS preparation, and reconciliation.
