What Qiddiya Investment Company is
Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) was incorporated in May 2018 as a closed joint-stock company wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund. It is building Qiddiya City, an entertainment, sports and culture destination in the Tuwaiq Mountains outside Riyadh. Its first two attractions are open: Six Flags Qiddiya City since 31 December 2025, and the Aquarabia water park since 23 April 2026.

We have carried 31 Qiddiya adverts: 30 live and 1 expired as of 9 October 2026. Every one is a senior or specialist post. Fifteen are at director or associate-director level and fourteen at manager or senior-manager level. The other two are a senior legal counsel and a senior contracts specialist. None is entry level.

In our data the pattern is client-side work (planning, procuring and managing assets) plus a hospitality leadership team. No construction trades or site-labour roles appear.
What candidates should know
A Riyadh life, with a commute
All 31 adverts give Riyadh as the location. The feed does not say whether the desk is at the site or in a city office, so ask. Arab News put Qiddiya City at about 50 minutes by car from the capital. Before you sign a lease, drive the route at rush hour from the district you would live in. Housing and schooling are Riyadh's. See Qiddiya, Riyadh and the cost of living guide.
Hiring follows the opening schedule, and the schedule moves
- May 2018: at incorporation, phase one was scheduled for 2022.
- February 2025: both parks were planned to open in late 2025.
- 31 December 2025: Six Flags Qiddiya City opened to the public. Aquarabia followed on 23 April 2026.
- December 2025: QIC said Six Flags began "a series of successive openings for approximately 70 properties". Construction had started on the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, a performing arts centre, a speed track, Mercedes-Benz Performance World, golf clubs, and a gaming and esports zone.
If your role is attached to one asset, ask what happens to the post if that opening slips. The stadium procurement advert is one example.
In the sources we checked, we found no announced reduction of Qiddiya's scope. In April 2026 PIF's governor said the next phase of NEOM and other mega-projects will aim to meet targets with less direct PIF funding.
Operators sit between some roles and QIC
In February 2025 QIC and Six Flags Entertainment Corporation signed a management services agreement under which Six Flags operates Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia. Being the operator does not settle who employs the parks' staff. For a park-operations role, ask the recruiter which legal entity will issue your contract: QIC, another Qiddiya company or a Six Flags company. Get the answer in writing before you accept. Where these adverts come from
Since 18 October 2026 Qiddiya's vacancies come from its own careers board with its agreement, so the advert is the employer's own text and the application goes straight to them.
