What Almosafer is
Almosafer Travel & Tourism Co. is the travel business of Seera Group, headquartered in Riyadh with offices in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Jordan and Kuwait. Seera's investor materials describe it as serving travel to, from and within Saudi Arabia through four segments (Consumer Travel, Business Travel, Hajj & Umrah, and Destination Management & Special Projects), sold under brands that include Almosafer, Almosafer Business, Discover Saudi and Mawasim.
What they hire for
Almosafer recruits through its own job board, jobs.almosafer.com. On 10 October 2026 it listed 17 openings, and most of them were not in Saudi Arabia:

Technology is where Almosafer hires most, but on that date every engineering, QA and machine-learning opening was in Amman. An Amman role is a job in Jordan, and it does not lead to a Saudi work visa. If moving to Saudi Arabia is the point, only the five Riyadh and Jeddah openings apply.
The two reservation-and-ticketing roles are in Almosafer's airline GSA (General Sales Agent) department and serve the principal airlines assigned to it. Both ask for three to five years of airline or GSA reservation and ticketing experience, and for proficiency in Amadeus. They are the way in for candidates from airlines and travel agencies rather than from tech.
Almosafer's careers page links to jobs.almosafer.com. It names the core teams as Commercial, Digital & Technology, Enterprise Technology, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Human Resources, Facility & Procurement, and Call Center.
What candidates should know
- Search the board by location, then check the advert. jobs.almosafer.com has a location search. Use Riyadh or Jeddah if Saudi Arabia is where you want to work, and confirm the city on the advert itself before you apply.
- A stock-market listing is planned, with no date yet. Seera's investor presentation of 8–9 June 2026 says it has "completed the internal Spin-off" of its core travel platform, Almosafer, "for a separate listing". It says preparation is underway "with listing planned in the short-term". As of 10 October 2026 the most recent item on Seera's announcements page is its first-half results, dated 10 August 2026, and no announcement has given a listing date. A fair question for an interview is what, if anything, the listing would change about your role.
- Hajj & Umrah is its own business. It is a separate reporting segment, trading as Mawasim and selling to agents in international source markets. If your role touches it, ask what the season does to your working year; our Jeddah guide covers that question. Head-office roles are in Riyadh.
- The workforce is international by Almosafer's own account. Its corporate site cites "2,700+ skilled professionals" and "A diverse team of 43 nationalities and counting". None of the 17 openings on its board on 10 October 2026 stated a nationality requirement.

- Ask about the process, the visa and relocation at the first call. Almosafer's careers pages and adverts do not describe its interview stages or how long hiring takes, and the Saudi-based adverts say nothing about visa sponsorship or relocation. Ask the recruiter how many stages there are and when to expect a decision. If you are applying from outside Saudi Arabia, also ask whether Almosafer sponsors the work visa and pays for relocation, and get the answer in the offer letter.
