What Seera Group is

Seera Holding Group is a Saudi joint-stock company registered in Riyadh and listed on the Saudi Exchange (symbol 1810). It describes itself as "the reimagined Al Tayyar Travel Group", the name it traded under until April 2019, and it is a holding company whose businesses are travel (Almosafer), car rental and leasing (Lumi), a UK travel group (Portman), hotels in Saudi Arabia, and a set of investments that includes a stake in the Riyadh Front exhibition centre.

The businesses, and what Seera says it plans for each

The plans below are Seera's own wording, from its investor presentation of 8–9 June 2026. Its results presentation of 13 August 2026 does not restate them, but says Seera continues to pursue "targeted divestments of hospitality and real estate assets".

What they hire for

No Seera Group adverts appear on this site, and the group has no careers portal of its own: the Careers link on seera.sa goes to a LinkedIn page. On 9 October 2026 the group's SmartRecruiters board carried nine postings, all in Dubai or Amman. The newest was released in July 2023, and they covered product management, finance processes, UX and product design, SEO, social media, backend engineering and QA.

Current Saudi openings are on the operating companies' own boards:

• Almosafer at jobs.almosafer.com. It listed 17 openings on 9 October 2026, five of them in Riyadh or Jeddah, covering data intelligence, finance, product design, and reservation and ticketing. See our Almosafer profile for what it hires for.
• Lumi at careers.lumirental.com. It listed two openings in Saudi Arabia on 9 October 2026: a call-centre officer, and a posting for warehouse and logistics roles.

The hotels have no careers page on seera.sa. Seera's hospitality page says only that the business "owns and operates a network of hotels across Saudi Arabia". Its 2025 financial statements list wholly owned hotel companies in Saudi Arabia, among them Sheraton Makkah Company and Seera Hotels Company. None of the Seera pages, presentations or financial statements listed below says whether hotel staff are employed by those companies or by a hotel-management company. If you are offered a hotel role, ask which company issues the contract, because that is the employer your work visa is issued under.

What candidates should know

• Your employer will be a subsidiary, not "Seera". Seera's financial statements for 2025 list more than 70 subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, the UK, Ireland, Spain, the US and elsewhere in Europe. The entity named on your contract is the one your work visa is issued under, so get its name in writing before you sign.
• Parts of the group are being sold. Seera's investor presentation of 8–9 June 2026 says real-estate divestments are "underway with upcoming divestments in 2026". It says Portman is being streamlined "ahead of a planned divestment", and it classes the hotels as "optimize to exit". On 19 November 2025 Seera announced that the board of the Kayanat real-estate fund it has invested in had decided to sell the Kayanat project, subject to conditions. As of 10 October 2026 no announcement on seera.sa names a buyer or a date for Portman or the hotels. If you are interviewing for a role in one of those businesses, ask directly what a sale would mean for your contract.
• Almosafer is being prepared for its own listing. As of 10 October 2026 the most recent item on Seera's announcements page is its first-half results, dated 10 August 2026, and no announcement has given a listing date. The detail for candidates is on the Almosafer profile.
• You can read the group's strategy before you interview. As a listed company, Seera publishes quarterly results and investor presentations on its reports page. The segment slides show which businesses it plans to keep and which it plans to sell.
• The head office is in Riyadh. Seera's general-assembly notices name its Riyadh head office as the meeting location. Group and Almosafer head-office roles mean Riyadh, while four of the seven hotels are in Makkah.
